We work on the roles that carry the most risk when vacant and are hardest to fill through generalist agencies or job boards, including Business Development Managers, Registered Managers, Operations Managers, Finance Directors and Nursing Directors.
We get involved when roles are niche, confidential or business critical, typically when internal recruitment or cheaper agencies haven't delivered.

How a search is run
The process
We work on fewer roles than most agencies, deliberately, since it is how we keep the quality and focus that specialist hiring requires.
Brief and scoping call
Every search starts with a proper conversation with the client to understand the brief in detail, not a job spec emailed over.
Targeted search
We don't advertise a job and wait. We already know who the strong operators are in Care services, and most of them aren't looking. This stage is direct, targeted headhunting into that network.
Shortlisting
Every candidate is screened against the brief before they ever reach the client, not after. Clients get a curated list, not a stack of CVs to sift through themselves.
Submission
Candidates are presented with a full candidate profile, not just a CV attached to an email. That includes a detailed insight on relevance, enabling the client to make a faster, more informed decision.
Interviews
We manage the process end to end, coordinating timelines, briefing candidates properly on the business so they walk in prepared, and running feedback both ways so nothing stalls.
Offer and onboarding
We support the offer negotiation directly and stay engaged through to start date, since counter-offers and late withdrawals are a real risk. The job isn't done when the offer's accepted, it's done when they've actually started.
