SKU Recruitment is a specialist permanent recruitment business focused exclusively on senior operational and commercial hiring for CQC & Ofsted regulated care providers across the UK.
We work on the roles that carry the most risk when vacant and are hardest to fill through generalist agencies or job boards such as Business Development Managers, Registered Managers, Operations Managers and senior leadership teams across Complex Care, Domiciliary, Residential and Supported Living services.
We get involved when roles are niche, confidential or business-critical, typically when internal recruitment or cheaper agencies haven't delivered.
